The road has never been easy for Tre Gray and the former Cuero Gobbler certainly expects it to get no easier now in the NFL.

Due to his 5-foot-10 stature, Gray was shunned by most NCAA Division I schools after being an all-state wide receiver with the Gobblers. Gray landed at Division I-A Richmond, where he went on to earn All-America honors while setting schools records for career receptions (243) and career receiving yards (3,101).

PHOENIX - Richmond wide receiver Tre Gray has signed a free-agent contract with the Arizona Cardinals.

Gray, a Cuero graduate, was a third-team All-America selection his senior year, when he caught a school-record 95 passes for 1,187 yards
